Change of employer and the 30% (expat) ruling

If you switch employers, the 30% ruling can be transferred to your new employer, as long as:

• the gap between the two employments is no longer than three months, and

• you continue to meet the minimum salary requirements.

If the interval exceeds three months, the ruling will lapse.
